In France, 1 in 3 children do not go on holiday, so the Secours Populaire created the “day of forgotten holidays”. This initiative aims to make it possible for everyone to make the most of vacation time.
To mark the association’s 70th anniversary, 70,000 disadvantaged people gathered at the foot of the Eiffel Tower for a huge celebration.
The participants, who came from all over the France and 70 countries, explored Paris in the morning with 200 treasure hunt tours. They then met up on the Champ-de-Mars, to take part in the world record for the greatest flashmob during concert of international artists.
This incredible initiative was achieved thanks to the strength, power and determination of 10,000 volunteers and 115 partner brands who organised this project.
The event received 4 Grand Prizes: Heavent Awards, BEA, GPstratégies and Top/Com.
